How does Subscribe & Save work?
On any product page, choose the 3, 6 or 12 month plan instead of a one-time purchase. You pay for the whole term in one charge at a discount: 5% off for 3 months, 10% off for 6 months, 15% off for 12 months. Each charge ships as one box with the full supply for the term, and the plan renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.
When am I charged, and what do I receive?
Your card is charged when you subscribe and again at the start of each new term. Every charge ships one box with the full supply for your plan: 3, 6 or 12 bottles. We email you a reminder about seven days before each renewal, so a charge never arrives as a surprise.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Use the Manage Subscription link in the footer of any page. Enter the email you used at checkout and you can cancel, update your card or change your shipping address in a few clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal; everything you already paid for still ships.
Can I get a refund on a subscription?
All sales are final, so a term that has already been charged is not refunded. Cancelling is free and stops all future charges, and the supply you already paid for still ships in full. If a shipment arrives damaged, the Shipping Policy explains how to file a claim.
