Shipping Policy
Please read carefully. The following describes our shipping practices, timeframes and claims process.
1. Processing time
Orders generally take one to two business days to ship; weekends and holidays affect guaranteed delivery times depending on the specific delivery service requested. Priority is given to orders that pay expedited shipping. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
2. General information
- Please verify your delivery address to prevent delays from common errors (spelling, Apt #, Suite #, or invalid line entries). Once a package departs our facility, we cannot make changes to the address.
- If tracking states “Delivered” and you cannot locate your package, we will follow courier protocols to report and file a claim under the assigned tracking number.
- Lost-package claim investigations may take a few days. Once we receive final status from the courier and a lost package is confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement, whichever is more convenient.
- If a package is returned to sender due to an address error or other circumstances, we will issue a refund minus the original cost of shipping.
- In certain residential addresses, USPS may assign a package to a parcel locker if it does not fit your mailbox. Parcel lockers are located at your community mailboxes; a key with the locker number will be left in your mailbox.
- Estimated delivery date is displayed during checkout and is based on your shipping address. Monday–Friday delivery only.
- Military: this is the only shipping option available for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Delivery date is displayed during checkout. Monday–Friday delivery only.
3. Free shipping
We offer free shipping in the USA on orders of four or more products. This applies to all standard shipping methods and excludes expedited options.
4. Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders are subject to a shipping fee. A wholesale order contains more than 23 products, or an order with a total value of $5,000 or more.
5. Domestic shipping
Shipping timeframe
Transit time is approximated based on courier history. Certain delays may add time: weather, truck delays, invalid addresses, or high order volume. We work hard to ensure packages are processed the following business day and depart when courier pickup arrives.
Expedited paid shipping
- Expedited orders received today are processed the following business day. We do not ship on weekends and transit time counts business days only.
- Scenario A: Order placed Fri/Sat/Sun (1-Day service): departs Monday, delivered Tuesday.
- Scenario B: Order placed Thursday (1-Day): departs Friday, delivery may be Saturday (residential) or Monday.
- Scenario C: Order placed Monday (1-Day, 3-Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3-Day): departs Tuesday.
Returns
No returns or refunds are accepted. All sales are final.
To cancel an order
Regrettably, we are unable to cancel your order once it has entered our shipping process; it cannot be modified or cancelled, and may already be in transit to the address provided at checkout.
USPS & UPS claims
If tracking does not indicate movement after several days, we must allow up to 15 days to start a claim after the package departed our facility. If tracking indicates delivered and you did not receive your package, we will initiate a claim with USPS following their policy 15 days after departure. Once USPS confirms a lost package, we proceed with replacement or refund. If there was an address problem with your shipping information, we are not responsible for lost packages. For UPS, we can initiate a claim if tracking indicates exceptions. In some cases packages may be available for pickup at UPS access points, or may require additional information.
6. Orders with high risk
In certain cases our system may flag a potential fraud alert. You will receive an email asking you to confirm: (1) a picture ID matching the payment method; (2) a picture of the credit card matching your ID (hiding the first digits, showing only the last 4 to validate name and card #); and (3) a screenshot of the order confirmation email. We understand this is very personal information and we respect your privacy. The goal is to protect your identity and prevent fraudulent transactions. If no answer is received, we will refund your order approximately 5 days after email notification.
7. International shipping
In general, packages arrive quickly. Most packages reach customs in about 30 business days. Once a package reaches your government's customs agency, it must undergo clearance inspections. We provide all required documentation but cannot determine exactly how long customs will take; most packages clear within 15–30 business days. Orders to the United Kingdom
DHL (DDU) International Standard Shipping (8–15 business days). Door-to-door follow-up. Duties and taxes may be paid upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for the taxes and import regulations imposed by your country. Inability to collect the package from the foreign postal administration is the buyer's responsibility; if returned, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the destination.
DHL Direct Shipping (DDP) (8–15 business days). Door-to-door follow-up, no additional fees, with all duties and taxes included. Arrival times reflect typical experience and may differ depending on border clearance.
As soon as the shipping label is generated you will receive an email with tracking details. It may take 3–8 business days for initial updates to appear because international packages pass through a sorting center before being shipped to the destination country. Track UK orders via DHL eCommerce (tracking usually starts with 2020); once in the UK, a YODEL tracking number is assigned for final delivery. Track at webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com.
Shipments with problems
If a package indicates it is returned to sender, your order is fully refunded if your address is correct. If there is a discrepancy with your address, shipping costs and restocking fees apply to the refund. No returns are accepted. Orders cannot be cancelled once in the shipping process.
8. Claim status
If tracking indicates a package was delivered and the customer claims it did not arrive, we initiate a claim with the delivery company following their guidelines. USPS claims are filed after 15 days and before 60 days of the mailing date. UPS and FedEx claims are filed immediately. Claim investigations may take 30–60 days for a resolution, which is the final answer used to follow up with a refund, replacement, or claim denial.
9. Disclaimer
Biomolecular Life LLC is not responsible for deliveries made to: freight-forward companies with door-to-door service to other countries; second- or third-party shipments where the receiver's name differs from the buyer; commercial addresses where another person may receive the package; or hotels / vacation / temporary visits. For hotels, we suggest contacting them before ordering. If tracking indicates “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. Please ensure you provide an accurate address (Apt, Unit, Suite number, correct street/avenue spelling and format) before checking out. Once checked out, your order enters the shipment process and we may not be able to make changes before it departs.
