By accessing or using this website, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein. You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms for changes. If you disagree with these Terms or are dissatisfied with this website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

Such communications are considered non-confidential and we are free to use them for any purpose. The sender is fully responsible for the content's truthfulness, accuracy and non-infringement.
Product labeling
Unless otherwise noted, product names, descriptions and labeling are of U.S. origin. Products may not be available in all countries or may differ in brand name, strength, or indication. No director, employee, agent, or representative is engaged in rendering medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or other medical services that create a physician-patient relationship through this Website.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Subscribe & Save plans are prepaid terms. You choose a 3, 6 or 12 month plan, you pay for the whole term in one charge at the discounted price, and each billing cycle we send one shipment containing the full supply for that term.
Every plan renews automatically until you cancel. Your payment method is charged the same amount at the start of each new term, every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the plan you chose. The exact amount and billing frequency are shown next to the plan before you select it and again on the checkout page before you pay. By subscribing, you authorize Biomolecular Life LLC to charge your payment method on that schedule until you cancel.
You can cancel online at any time. Use the Manage Subscription link in the footer of any page of this Site, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and cancel in a few clicks. You can also request cancellation by email at info@biomolecularlife.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you already paid for. You still receive everything you paid for, and your payment method is not charged again.
We email a renewal reminder about seven days before each renewal charge. For 12 month plans, we also send a yearly notice restating the plan, the price, the billing frequency and how to cancel.
If the price of your plan changes, we will notify you by email before the change applies to you, and the new price only takes effect at a renewal that happens after that notice. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before that renewal and you will not be charged it.
Amounts already charged for a subscription term are not refunded. All sales are final. Cancelling stops future renewal charges, and the supply you already paid for still ships in full. For shipping problems, see the Shipping Policy.

The information, documents, and related graphics published on this Website are the sole property of Biomolecular Life LLC, except for information provided by third parties under contract. No license or right is granted under any patent, trademark or other proprietary right except as permitted. No use of the Biomolecular Life family of marks, trade names, trade dress and products may be made without prior written authorization, except to identify the products or services of the company.
Privacy and security
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Our use of personally identifiable information is governed by our Privacy Policy. While we have safeguards in place, there is no absolute guarantee of security; in the unlikely event of interception or unauthorized access despite our efforts, we shall not be responsible for resulting damages. Each customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own password.
Limitation of liability
We do not assume any liability for the materials, information and opinions provided through this Website; reliance on them is solely at your own risk. This Website, its content, and the products and services available through it are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all faults. In no event shall Biomolecular Life LLC or its affiliates be liable for any damages of any kind under any legal theory arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this Website. General
These Terms describe the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter. BiomolecularLife.com is operated under the laws of the State of Florida, which control these Terms without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Regardless of any applicable law to the contrary, you cannot file a claim arising out of or related to BiomolecularLife.com or these Terms more than one (1) year after such claim arose.
