Review guidelines
We want reviews that help other customers make a real decision. That means we publish what customers actually think, including criticism.
What we publish
- Every review that follows these guidelines, whatever its star rating. We do not hide, delay or rank reviews because they are negative.
- Reviews exactly as written. We never change your words. The only thing we may remove is personal information, such as a phone number or address.
- A Verified purchase badge when we can match the review to an order.
- A note next to the review when the reviewer received the product free or at a discount, or works for or is related to someone at Biomolecular Life.
What we do not publish
- Spam, advertising, or content unrelated to our products or service.
- Content that is abusive, harassing, obscene, sexually explicit or discriminatory.
- Personal information or photos of other people.
- Reviews we reasonably believe are fake, or that are clearly false or misleading.
These rules apply in the same way to positive and negative reviews.
